Close the gaps your ERP leaves.

Whether it's QuickBooks, Sage, Business Central or NetSuite, your system handles the accounting. But approvals, schedules, work orders and reports end up in spreadsheets and inboxes. We build those missing pieces on top of what you already have.

  • Fixed price
  • Runs in your account, not ours
  • You own the code
  • No monthly fee from us

Replacing your ERP is a big project. Filling its gaps doesn't have to be.

Every ERP covers the core: the general ledger, invoicing, purchasing, inventory. Then your business does things it was never set up for. Quotes get approved by email. Production gets scheduled in a spreadsheet. The budget lives in a workbook one person maintains.

Usually the answer you hear is a new ERP: a year of disruption and a large bill, for a system that will have gaps of its own. We connect to the system you have and build what it's missing, so it lasts years longer.

What we build

Example production dashboard with backlog, inventory, labor capacity and tabs for work orders, BOM editing and purchasing

Dashboards with your processes built in

Reporting that pulls straight from your system and updates on its own, plus the steps your team handles by hand today, built right into it. One secure sign-in, and each person sees what they need.

  • Financials, sales, operations, inventory and job cost
  • Approvals, work-order queues and production schedules
  • Budget entry that lands next to the actuals

Process automation with AI

The manual work between your systems and your people. We automate it. Where AI makes a step faster or more accurate, we use it. Where a simple rule does the job, we use that. We decide which together, during the project.

  • Past-due reminders that follow up on their own and stop when the customer pays
  • Open quotes followed up before they go cold
  • Late purchase orders chased with the vendor and your buyer
  • Vendor invoices and customer POs read and checked against your system, with mismatches flagged for review
  • A month-end close checklist with owners, due dates and automatic checks
  • A weekly email to the owner: what changed and what needs attention

Collections today

  1. Someone runs the aging report once a month
  2. The biggest balances get an email
  3. The rest slip until they're 90 days out
  4. Nobody can say who was contacted or when

After we build it

  1. Reminders go out on schedule, in your voice
  2. Replies and payment promises are logged
  3. Accounts that don't respond land on a call list
  4. It all stops once the customer pays

It runs in your account, not ours

Most reporting tools keep a copy of your data on their servers and charge you every month to reach it. We build everything inside your own cloud account, so it's yours from the first day.

  • Built in your cloud account. The dashboards, the data behind them and the automations live in a subscription you own. Nothing we build runs on our servers, which is why there's no monthly fee from us.
  • Signed in with your company logins. People use the accounts they already have. When IT turns off someone's account, their access ends the same day.
  • Your IT team can see everything. We walk them through what we're building before we start, and they can review it whenever they like.
  • You decide what access we keep. After handover, keep us connected for support or switch us off. It's your call.
  • AI on your terms. If a project uses AI, we can run it under your own account and settings.

From first conversation to a working tool

  1. 1

    Talk it through

A call or an on-site meeting. You tell us what your system isn't doing and where the work piles up.

  2. 2

    See a free mockup

We build one dashboard to show what the fix could look like, using your numbers or realistic sample data.

  3. 3

    Get a fixed price

We map out what we'll build and what it costs before any work starts. If the scope changes, we price the change first.

  4. 4

    Go live, then fine-tune

We launch it with your team, then spend two weeks adjusting it based on what they notice once they're using it every day.

  5. 5

    Own it

We hand it over running in your cloud account, with the code. Hosting costs are small and spelled out up front.

Ryan built a suite of dashboards for our sales, financial, and production operations that has transformed how we manage the business. … More importantly, he took the time to understand our business and build tools that are practical, intuitive, and used every day.
Jenée Mobley Queenaire
Ryan automated our financial reporting across all of our entities — pulling everything out of Zoho Books into one clean set of statements we can actually drill into. … He’s sharp, easy to work with, and he solves the problem instead of selling you software.
Todd DeMonte Overture
Ryan connected our QuickBooks data into clean, automated financial statements across our companies displaying company-specific views which are not available in QBO directly. … A pleasure to work with.
David Stockwell Prosperity
We didn’t really have a warranty process — Ryan built one from the ground up. He designed the entire workflow end to end, from claim to RMA to resolution, and documented all of it so our team actually has something to follow.
